Lebanon is the county seat of Wilson County and one of the fastest-changing places along I-40. Distribution and manufacturing sites sit near the interstate, Cumberland University anchors the historic square, and the county's fairgrounds and speedway bring in some of the largest crowds in Middle Tennessee. Warehouses and distribution along I-40. Large distribution buildings operate on tight shift schedules. Officers handle gatehouse check-in, trailer yard checks, badge control at employee entrances and overnight patrols when the building is quiet.

Fairgrounds and large events. The James E. Ward Agricultural Center hosts fairs, shows and events throughout the year, and Nashville Superspeedway brings race weekends to Wilson County. Big crowds mean gates, parking, vendor areas and restricted zones that all need coverage. We work with organizers on post assignments and escalation contacts before the event begins.

Lebanon residents can earn a Tennessee guard card at Crimson's training classes in Smyrna, about 25 miles away. Expect a drive of roughly 30 minutes without traffic, usually by TN-840.

Can you supply officers for a large event at the fairgrounds?
Yes. Send us the event dates, expected attendance, gate layout and whether alcohol will be served. We will recommend the number of officers and where they should be posted.

Do you work with distribution centers that run three shifts?
Yes. We build coverage around your shift changes, truck schedules and the times your site is most exposed, and we keep posts staffed when an officer calls out.

Are your officers licensed in Tennessee?
Yes. Crimson is a licensed Tennessee contract security company (#14376), and every officer must hold the right state registration for their post.

How long does it take to get an unarmed guard card?
