We're looking for security officers who show up on time, communicate professionally, follow post instructions, maintain a professional appearance, document their activity, and understand that they represent both Crimson Security and the client while on duty.
Experience is valuable, but reliability, judgment, attitude, and professionalism matter just as much.

We expect our security officers to:
- Report for assigned shifts on time and ready for duty
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Follow post orders and client-specific procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and coworkers
- Complete required patrols, logs, and reports
- Immediately report incidents and significant concerns
- Maintain required licenses, certifications, and qualifications
- Treat clients, coworkers, and members of the public professionally

Armed & Unarmed Security Positions
Crimson Security Service hires both armed and unarmed security officers based on current client needs and available assignments.
Armed Security Officers
Armed assignments require appropriate Tennessee registration and qualifications for the position. Assignments may include government facilities, access control, commercial properties, warehouses, and other locations requiring an armed security presence.
Unarmed Security Officers
Unarmed assignments may include access control, commercial properties, residential communities, events, warehouses, and other locations requiring a professional visible security presence.
Specific schedules, locations, duties, qualifications, and pay rates vary by assignment.
