Crimson Security Service provides licensed armed and unarmed security officers across Franklin, Brentwood and Williamson County, managed by our locally owned team in Smyrna (TN license #14376).

Corporate campuses and office parks. Cool Springs in Franklin and the Maryland Farms area in Brentwood are among Middle Tennessee's largest office districts, with corporate headquarters such as Nissan North America in Franklin and Tractor Supply in Brentwood. Office clients typically need lobby and reception officers, badge and visitor control, and after-hours patrols of parking garages and grounds.

Retail and mixed-use districts. CoolSprings Galleria, the surrounding shopping centers and The Factory at Franklin draw heavy weekend traffic. Officers help with parking-lot visibility, store support and event days.

Downtown Franklin. Main Street restaurants, shops and venues stay busy into the evening. Officers can provide a visible presence in parking areas and at entrances during evening hours and special events.

Community and private events. Downtown Franklin, local parks and event venues across Williamson County host community events, shows, weddings and corporate gatherings throughout the year. We provide gate, crowd-area, vendor-access and backstage coverage and work alongside event staff. If an event needs sworn officers, ask us about off-duty law enforcement coordination.

Crimson runs monthly guard training in Smyrna. From Brentwood it is about 20 miles, roughly 30 minutes without traffic. From Franklin it is about 25 miles, roughly 45 minutes without traffic, depending on the route. Classroom training is at our Smyrna office, and range qualification for the armed course is at an indoor range in Murfreesboro.

Can your officers work a front desk at a corporate office?
Yes. Many of our office posts are lobby and reception roles: greeting visitors, checking credentials, issuing badges and handling deliveries while watching the entrance.

Do you provide security for weddings and private events in Franklin?
Yes. Tell us the venue, guest count, schedule and whether alcohol will be served, and we will recommend staffing.

Can you coordinate off-duty police for traffic control at an event?
When an assignment needs sworn authority or traffic direction, ask us early. We'll tell you what we can arrange for your location and date.

Do you cover both Franklin and Brentwood under one contract?
Yes. If you have sites in both cities, or elsewhere in Middle Tennessee, one local team manages the account.
