Nashville Security Guard Services

Nashville never really slows down. Convention crowds downtown, game nights at Nissan Stadium and Bridgestone Arena, bars along Lower Broadway, office towers in the Gulch and Midtown, and warehouses on the edges of Davidson County all need security that fits. Crimson Security Service provides licensed armed and unarmed security officers across Nashville and Davidson County. We're managed from our office in Smyrna, about 35 minutes from downtown (TN license #14376).

Restaurants, retail and entertainment districts. Busy districts stay active late into the night. Visible officers at entrances and in parking areas help deter theft and car break-ins and give staff someone to call when a situation starts to turn.

Hotels and convention traffic. Downtown and airport-area hotels see heavy guest turnover, late-night arrivals and large groups around Music City Center events. Officers cover lobbies, parking garages and guest-floor access with a calm, guest-friendly presence.

Offices and mixed-use buildings. In the Gulch, Midtown and other office districts, clients usually want lobby and reception officers, visitor and badge control, and after-hours garage patrols.

Industrial and distribution sites. Around the I-24 and I-40 corridors, we handle gatehouses, truck check-in, dock doors and overnight perimeter patrols.

Events of every size. From corporate functions to private parties and community events, we plan entrances, credential checks, crowd areas and backstage access before doors open. When an event needs sworn authority or traffic control, ask us about off-duty law enforcement coordination.

1. Site assessment. We review your hours, access points, past incidents and what you need officers to do.
2. Post orders. We put duties, escalation contacts and reporting requirements in writing before the first shift.
3. Verified coverage. GPS and QR checkpoints record each patrol round, and daily activity and incident reports are delivered online.
4. Local management. You can reach the people responsible for your account directly, not a regional call center.

Classroom training is at our Smyrna office, and range qualification for the armed course is at an indoor range in Murfreesboro. See the calendar or register online.

Do you provide armed or unarmed officers in Nashville?
Both. Most lobby, retail and patrol posts are well served by unarmed officers. Armed officers make sense for higher-risk sites. We'll recommend the right fit after a site walk.

Can you staff a one-night event downtown?
Yes. Share the venue, date, attendance and alcohol plans, and we'll recommend staffing.

Do you cover areas outside downtown, like Antioch or Madison?
Yes. We cover all of Davidson County. Send us the address and we'll confirm.
